Ordering Instructions
Select the item you want to order by checking the "Add to cart" option. If you want a quanity more than one then input your desired quanity. If the quanity field is not filled out the seller assumes a quanity of one.When you are done selecting the desired items scroll down to the checkout section and fill in the approiate information. After completion of the form press the "Submit" button to submit your order. Failure to fill out the form with the correct information will result in a delay of the order processing.Your request will be processed. Our processing department will receive the information, and process your order. All orders that are placed before 12:00 PM EST time will be processed the same day. Shipping cost is dependant on product weight and dimension. We offer free Fed Ex ground shipping! FedEx Ground delivery time map for The Ranch Store (Go to link, and hit the view map button). A minimum order of $20 is required for free Fed Ex ground shipping.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with valid justification. I am willing to cooperate with special problems on returns if I see they are fit to handle. Returns for defects are honored per the manufacturer warranty, again it is best to contact me first. Improper installation and/or modification of the product voids all warranties or returns.
